作品の無断転載について

この度、２０１６年１月に発行した刀剣乱舞 石切丸×青江の同人誌を某サイトに無断転載されている事が発覚致しました。
今回の件に関しては、全ページ無料閲覧どころではなく、ページを抜粋（しかも挿入直前まで）し、「続きが気になるならスポンサーサイトに登録（課金）」といった、
金銭が発生する物です。（全ページ閲覧のサイトは広告収入の場合が主だと記憶しております。）
※今回の私の件に於いては明らかに無断転載ですが、他に掲載されている作品には、作家様ご本人が委託登録されている可能性がございます。（少なそうですが）
ページ内容については、明らかに印刷物を解体し、スキャニングしたものだとわかります。
現在該当サイトに削除依頼を要請しております。
私個人のサークル「第三夜」及び「The 3rd Night」におきましては、
電子書籍での委託・販売は一切行っておりません。
同人誌の委託をお願いしているのは、とらのあな様、K-BOOKS様、フロマージュ様、及び二次委託先にあたる
アニメイトオンラインショップ様による、紙媒体頒布のみになります。
こういった事は、自分だけでは気付きにくい所が多分にあり、対処しきる事が大変難しい問題です。
恐れ入りますが、もし当サークルの頒布物を電子書籍として御見かけの際は、リプライ、DM、Pixivメッセージ等でお知らせ
願えますと幸いです。
当人の許可無く作品の無断転載を行った上、閲覧者に登録（課金）を促すというのが本当に腹立たしいです。
作品が売れなくなるとかではなく、むしろこんな事されるなら全ページPixivに掲載したいくらいです。（色々あるのでしませんが）
私個人の話ですが、１ページ仕上げるのに８～１０時間はかかっています。
その苦労と、作品に対しての愛情を知らず、己の利益のために、無断で転載。
これ以上は語りませんが…一件でも多く、無断転載が無くなる事を願っています。
また、このようなサイトは個人の感覚ではございますが、海外の方が利用される事が多いように思いますので、
友人に英文訳をお願い致しました。
もしかすると、無意識に無断転載の作品を読まれているかもしれません。
もしかすると、貴方を標的にこのような業者がいるのかもしれません。
改めて、この問題についてご認識頂けますと幸いです。

Found that my dojinshi issued this Jan was illegally reproduced on the particular website. Please do NOT view such site if you love dojinshi and its artists.
This unauthorized copying site only selects first part of manga as free, and lead you to pay for rest of it. (ex: cutting the page jut before adult-themed scene, and let you pay for next page)
All pages are scanned illegally by scrapping my dojinshi, and other reproduced mangas may be up-loaded by same way. Some of them might be authorized by original artist, but I consider it must be few.
I already requested this site to delete my works.
My dojinshi circle "第三夜" and "The 3rd Night" never consigns books to digital e-book stores.
I only consign my dojinshi to とらのあな(torano-ana), K-BOOKS, フロマージュ(fromagee) and Animate online-shop, only printed virsion is available.
It's very hard to find such illegal copies, so please let me know if you find my works' digital version (reply/DM, or even the Pixiv message would be helpful!)
Such illegal reproduce and charging system is very infernal. It is not come from my commercial intention - their belittling attitude to my work and love to fan-art (personally I spent 8-10 hrs to complete each page!) is really painful.
I assume this kind of unauthorized digital manga/dojinshi sites are viewed by many of non-Japanese people (just my personal thought), therefore I asked my friend to translate my words.
Unconsciously, you may be reading unauthorized reproduction.
Unfortunately, there would be a person who try to swindle money out of you. It would be more than happy if you are getting more conscious about this issue. Thank you for reading.
