Tomoe: A world far removed from the realm of mortals.
Arashi: For aeons, angels and demons, two opposed species, have coexisted in these lands.
Haruhi: Once of age and capable to handle the duties incumbent upon them—
Oshiro: Angels an’ demons are to form pairs and become “buddies.”
Sora: Together, they descend to the realm of mortals—
Towa: To stay by the side of the human they were bestowed, one whom they refer to as their “Liege…”
Kairi: Their joint responsibility is to keep watch over their human.
Kagura: Angels are meant to guide humans on a path of light and virtue.
Mirai: Whilst demons lead ‘em towards darkness and inertia.
Side—Iori & Haruhi
Iori: You’re undeniably one-of-a-kind, Haruhi. I can’t believe you managed to get your licence three months early.
Haruhi: What can I do, I’m the jewel in the crown of angels.
Iori: It doesn’t make your accomplishment any less incredible. I’m sure you’re aware, but every single demon wants to partner up with you!
Haruhi: Really? I have been waiting to join forces with someone rightfully because you’re the only one I ever wanted, Iori.
Side—Tomoe & Oshiro
