注意事項：
・私のモデルは二次創作作品です。公式、原作者様やその関係者様方に迷惑のかからないようにお願いします。
・このデータを用いて結果的にトラブルや問題が発生した場合、モデル作成者は一切責任を負いません。
・この規約は予告無く変更する場合があります。
禁止事項：
・公序良俗、良識に反する利用禁止
・商用利用、Youtubeでの収益化や投げ銭、大会などを含むあらゆる金銭が発生する利用禁止
・政治利用禁止
・宗教利用禁止
・個人、国家、団体を中傷する目的での使用禁止
・モデル製作者を騙る事は禁止
・改造の有無に関わらず、再配布禁止
・他者へのモデルデータの譲渡禁止
・ダウンロードに必要な情報の譲渡、共有禁止
・どこの国のユーザーであっても、リッピングされたデータとの併用禁止
・R-18、R-18G作品での使用禁止
・R-18には届かなくとも過度な性的表現を含む作品での使用禁止。16歳以下の子供に躊躇なく見せられる程度のものにしてください。
・怪我等の表現に関しては直接的な描写が無ければ大丈夫です。例えば見た目には何ともない足を引きずって歩く、画面外の体の部位を痛がるなどはOKです。直接的な表現は血糊まで。傷口、断面、臓物などは出さないでください。
・欠損表現は禁止です。
・モブ、または他の人物としての使用禁止
・原作に無い恋愛表現禁止
・腐向け、夢作品での使用禁止
・髪の色、目の色、肌の色の大幅な変更禁止
・演出の都合上、原色など一目で自然な人間の肌の色ではないとわかるものに変える場合であれば大丈夫です。
・画面全体を加工した結果として体の色が違って見える場合でも問題ありません。
・衣装の色変えは可能です。
・ボーン、モーフのあからさまな貫通や破綻が見えている状態での作品公開禁止
・必要な範囲内での改造（ウェイト変更、物理演算設定の変更、ボーンやモーフの追加など）はOKです。
・このモデルをパーツを他のモデルに流用して改造する事は禁止
・お着換えは下記項目に抵触しない範囲であれば禁止ではありません。衣装側モデルの規約も確認した上で、できる限り肌の色や体格を近づけてください。
・過度に肌の露出が多い衣装へのお着換え禁止。目安として、一般的なカフェや飲食店に入れないような服装はNGとお考えください。
・以下楽曲での使用禁止

・ニコニ立体での使用禁止
・MMD、MMM、pmxエディタ以外での利用禁止
・ニコニコ、Youtube、Twitter(X)以外への作品投稿禁止
・ニコニコに投稿する場合、配布動画へのコンテンツツリー登録をお願いします。
・動画内、動画説明文のどこかにクレジットを記載してください。「非力」、「hiriki」など細かい表記は問いません。
