■Introduction
Please read and agree to the following terms before using the model. By using the model, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. The terms may be modified without prior notice.

These terms apply to all models distributed by the creator, Rio. The latest version of these terms shall always apply.
These terms represent the most current and valid version.



■Important Notes
・This model is an unofficial, fan-made MikuMikuDance (MMD) PMX data for Tales of Crestoria. It has no affiliation with the original game, manga, or any related parties.

・Distributed data may be changed, unpublished, or redistributed via different methods without notice.

・The creator is not responsible for any issues, damages, or disputes arising from the use of this model.

・The rights as the creator of this derivative work are retained and not waived.

・In case of password leaks, unauthorized redistribution, or violations of these terms that are not promptly addressed, all model distribution will be suspended and any further use will be strictly prohibited.



■ Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited without exception.
If you cannot comply with these rules, you are not permitted to use this model.

・Any behavior that causes trouble or harm to the original author or copyright holders

・Redistributing or re-uploading the model data to other websites or platforms, claiming the model as your own, or misrepresenting the creator

・Use in adult (R18) or grotesque (R18G) content, including indirect or implied depictions, as well as sexually suggestive or inappropriate humor.

・Under no circumstances may this model be used in conjunction with any data acquired illegally, including but not limited to ripped models or unauthorized assets.

・Political, religious, or hate-related use; using the model to defame others, other works, or characters; or usage by individuals who habitually engage in such behaviors

・Commercial use or any involvement of monetary transactions

・Using or loading the model data in software other than those necessary for MMD adjustments (MikuMikuDance, PMXEditor, PMDEditor, Blender)
　Note: This strictly includes the use in MMD alternatives such as Unity, VRChat, VirtualCast, as well as the creation or sale of physical objects via 3D printing or other methods, and any similar applications.

・Tracing or modifying still images or videos created with this model for use in illustrations or comics; uploading to or training image generation AI using this model

・Any modifications beyond essential adjustments (Edge, bones, weights, rigid bodies, joints, edges, normals, textures) — including costume swaps, mesh edits, part replacements, polygon count changes, and conversion/export to other file formats
　Note: If any of these are truly necessary, please contact the creator for permission in advance.

・Publishing the model in a state where physics, morphs, or bones are severely broken or deformed.



■Permitted Usage
・Use of this model for the creation and publication of non-commercial videos, still images, and other creative works is permitted.

・Permitted platforms for posting include Niconico, YouTube, and Twitter (X) only.

・Adjustments to necessary bones, weights, rigid bodies, joints, edges, normals, textures, etc., for using the model. (Modifying the model by moving or adding/removing polygons is prohibited.)

・Please credit the creator by writing something like:

　　– Kanata (model name) – Model by Rio
　　– or register it in the content tree, or include a link to the original distribution video. Any of the above is acceptable, as long as the model is clearly credited to Rio.
