[Disclaimer: I do not have the books myself yet, and these are all spoilers from 2ch and twitter. So there may be inaccuracies - some things require guessing at context to translate, and it is not always clear cut where the line between material from the source, and other people's interpretations/opinions falls. I tend to try to err on the side of caution though.]

• Kotetsu sees how Bunny supported him in a replay on TV, and sends a text message thanking him → Bunny is embarrassed, and ignores/pretends not to see the message → Kotetsu’s schedule has an entry “Checking to see if he replied yet”
• Kotetsu does the “running with toast in mouth” thing because he is late.
• Fanbook contains various interviews and illustrations by the staff

• Nishida: [Ryan] also has a surprisingly timid aspect to him, and does not want to be disliked by others.
• Interviewer: Kotetsu’s existence is very important to Barnaby, isn’t it.
Nishida: And Barnaby’s existence is very important to Kotetsu.
• The composer, Ike Yoshihiro, says in his interview that that if you look at the series of cuts for the platform and rooftop scenes it flows like a romance that was leading to an aborted kiss. So he tried to create an emotive song to reflect that.
• In their interview, Hayama and Yamamoto discuss that lately Katsura has been drawing Barnaby as quite feminine, and that he is very beautiful.
• In the script book, there is a comment that Ryan's line about Junior-kun looking cool on the scene was an imitation of Kotetsu's line about Barnaby looking cool in the spotlight on the stage.
• Bison is hiding on the box flap this time…
• The setting book has a page featuring the full line-up of fire extinguishers.
