星の子モデル利用規約とDLリンク

✳動画・静止画投稿時のお願い
投稿の際はタイトル、投稿文などにMMDであるという事が分かる表記をお願い致します。
クレジットの表記をお願い致します。(ﾈｷﾞｻﾞﾄｳ もしくは negi_hosinoko)
ろいさん(@R0y88 )改変の貫通しにくいケープを同梱しています。
ご利用の際はクレジットに「ろい」を加えてください。
仕様および規約に特有の部分が多くありますので、規約に目を通して頂いた上でのダウンロードをお願い致します。
この規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。
以下利用規約になります。
✳モデルについて
再配布、自作発言、商用利用(広告収入含む)は改変の有無に関わらず禁止とします。
パーツ利用、素体としての利用は星の子としての利用でしたら可、星の子以外への改変・パーツ利用は不可とします。(杖、ヘッドホンを除く)
合作等においては両者が本モデルを所有している場合に限り、改変したモデルの受け渡しを許可します。
このモデルはMMD用のモデルデータです。改変作業等以外は基本的にはMMD、MMD関連ツール内でご利用下さい。
VRCでの利用やVRMへの変換などは禁止とします。
また、配布に含まれていないパーツを本モデルに合わせて自作、及び配布する事は可能ですが、その場合は本モデルを含んでいない、パーツのみでの配布をお願い致します。
✳創作及び改変について
身長やパーツ・物理設定など各種改変を行う事を許可します。
また本モデルを使用して特定の星の子を表現する事は許可しますが、ゲーム内に無い創作衣装、髪型などへ改変する場合はタイトルや説明文、注意書き等にその事を明記し、創作の類であるという事が分かる様にしてください。
✳各種表現について
R-18、R-18G、暴力表現を含む作品への使用は禁止します。
宗教的、政治的信条を有するかのような誤解を与える方法の使用は禁止します。
露骨な性的表現はNGです。
✳モデルの仕様について
本モデルはボディ、ケープ、髪型、お面のパーツ毎に分けた状態で配布しており、『PMXエディタ』での組み立て作業が必須になります。

✳Rules for posting videos and still images
When posting, please write in the title, posted text, etc. so that you can understand that it is MMD.

✳About the model
Redistribution, self-made remarks, and commercial use are prohibited regardless of modification.
Modifications other than Sky child are prohibited.
This model is model data for MMD.
Basically, use it in MMD and MMD related tools.
Use in VRC is prohibited.
Conversion to VRM is prohibited.
✳About creation and modification
You can change the height, parts, physical settings, etc.
It is allowed to change to costumes, hairstyles, etc. that are not in the game.
In that case, please specify it in the title, description, notes, etc.
✳About various expressions
Use in works containing R-18, R-18G, and violent expressions is prohibited.
