Ugh, Andres. Why isn't he responding? The nerve of him to make me wait in this broad street?
'I'll just meet someone important' i texted daddy who's now probably on his way back to France. So far, I'm enjoying my stay here, ayaw ko na ngang bumalik don. Mas magulo, but i love the ambiance. I love how interactive the people are. I love teaching new fashion. And lastly, i love pissing my sister's ass so bad! Haha
"Good evening, Franchezka Fournier." I gave my name to the reception and he immediately guided my way to our reserved table.
'You better come here fast or else i'll order the whole menu and make you pay for it.' I texted Andres again.
I hate waiting. Ugh.
"Nahihirapan akong masaktan si Sua, mahal ko eh. Mahal na mahal ko na.."
I frozed hearing my sister's name. I know mali ang makinig sa conversation ng iba, but they're talking about my sister. I guess i have all the rights. Oo, may rights ako.
"Ma'am ready to order na po?" tanong ng waiter but i just mouthed my answer para hindi marinig ng nasa likod. "No..later."
"Gustong-gusto ko sabihin sakanya yung nararamdaman ko. But..do you think fair 'to sakanya once she have to deal with a situation like this again?" I heard Gio said..tama, Gio right?
By the tone of his voice, he sounds a lil drunk. Wait--i remember my sister asking Ate Cho about ingredients earlier for an éclair because she said Gio's coming at 8pm.
8 pm..
It's already 9pm..
Why is he still here..and drunk? "Kailangan niya akong intindihin, kailangan niyang lawakan pag-iisip niya kasi kami. All because of my family."
Hindi man nila sabihin, i know my sister's unaware of his background. She wouldn't stay calm knowing her tutor's a son of a rich politician if ever. A very corrupt politician i must say.
"Fuck, she has so much in her plate already."
That made me smile. So someone's caring about how she feels already?
Wait--ngayon lang pumasok sa isip ko. Why is he here nga. Is this the blind date na narinig ko from Tita Agatha? I heard she's now choosing a woman for Gio since masyado daw seryoso sa buhay.
Sino yung babae? Hindi ko nakita!
Ayaw ko naman tumalikod just to see her.
"I'll help you with the plan before it gets complicated. I'm sure my dad will understand. I hope he will." I frowned hearing the woman's statement.
As far as i know, this is not a serious business. It's not meant to get complicated. It's just a blind date for Goddam's sake. Or else..
"For Sua."
The woman added. So she knew my sister????? And yet..
I heard a loud bang on the table. Looks like someone passed out.
It might be Gio..
"Gio!" The woman shouted, ramdam ko ang paglapit niya upang akayin si Gio.
*ring*
"Hello kuya, can you fetch me here po at **** resto, Gio passed out kasi and..i'll take him home."
TAKE HIM HOME??
Napatayo ako ng wala sa oras upang lingunin sila. The woman looked so shocked, but mine was even worse because damn, she's one familiar face.
"I'll take him.." i said firmly while taking Gio's arms. She looks a bit hesitant, ayaw niyang bitawan ang pagkahawak niya sa kabilang balikat nito. "To my sister." I added at binitawan niya na ng tuluyan.
Hindi na ito nagsalita at mabilis na kinuha ang gamit niya para lumabas.
Psh. That's what i hate the most about trusting.
