・Paid downloading and sales of derivative work data and sales to order are prohibited (free distribution and online print registration are permitted).
・Distribution or exhibition of works that may be considered pirated, such as those using official images, screenshots of official applications, etc., or works or goods that are indistinguishable from official works, is prohibited.

【Other precautions】
・Taking screenshots and videos at the venue and posting them on social networking sites.
You are free to take pictures inside the venue, but please take pictures using the shooting mode displayed in the upper left corner of the screen and crop or modify them so that other people's information (avatars, user names, circle spaces, etc.) will not be included when posting them on SNS. Basically, the organizer will not get involved in any trouble between participants. Q.Is there anything I should be aware of if I participate as a minor (under 18)?
A.General participation is free of charge, but circle participants will be charged a participation fee even if they are only distributing or exhibiting for free. In addition, when distributing doujinshi and other goods, please be sure to obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before participating in the event, as it involves the exchange of money as well. Please note that viewing of works with age restrictions is prohibited.

A.If you contact us individually, we will try to accommodate adjacent placement whenever possible.
Q.Is it possible for multiple people to participate as one circle (joint circle participation)?
A.Yes, you can. However, if you wish to distribute individual works of other joint circle participants, please make sure to use an "external URL" for distribution.
If you use pictSPACE store, or if you publish the net print numbers of the individual works of multiple participants in the product description image, it will be considered as "consignment participation" as described in the pictSQUARE FAQ, and will be in violation of the terms and conditions.
Q.Is there anything to keep in mind when dealing with parody works?
A.We would appreciate it if you could address parody works (and what kind of parody works they are) by clearly stating that they will be handled in a place where all participants (including general participants) can see them.
(e.g., circle cuts, item descriptions, captions on the work page, external links, etc.).
In addition, there is a possibility of copyright infringement when using works created by others. Please consider this carefully as the event cannot be held responsible for this.
